Brantow follows the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page is the short version. The privacy policy is the full one.

Who is responsible

The operator of Brantow is the controller for personal data on this site. Write to admin@brantow.com.

What we hold

Your name, email, and how you signed in. The beats you saved: the name, the pattern, and the tempo and related settings. A cookie that keeps you signed in. The machine’s memory on your own phone.

We do not sell that data. We do not use it for advertising. If you subscribe, Stripe takes the monthly card payment. We do not see your card number. We keep only that the account is subscribed, and the Stripe subscription id. A ride or crash file you load is not sent to us.

Contract — to run the account you opened and the beats you saved.

Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

send you a copy of your data;

correct something that is wrong;

delete your account;

limit how we use it, or give you a portable copy;

stop processing that relies on legitimate interests.

Email admin@brantow.com. We may need to confirm it is you. We aim to answer within one month.

If you are not happy

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Please write to us first so we can try to put it right.

Cookies

The cookie we set for an account is the one that keeps you signed in. The browser also stores the machine on this device. There is no advertising cookie and no tracking across other websites. Blocking cookies means you will have to sign in again, or not at all.
